This is a building with several shops/restaurant and rooms offering different things. Read other reviews as well.
I went to Baird beer. Nice ambience. All the beers are from same brewery.
I didn't personally like a few but liked others. The taste really depends from person to person so make your try. The pizzas are good. Other food too.

My primary reason for visiting GT Hall is to go dancing in the community center. There is salsa dancing most nights 6:30-9:30 (the facility is closed at 10), occasionally an Argentine tango milonga, and other concerts or lectures intermittently in the basement Persimmon Hall. (It's usually just referred to as Nakameguro GT for the dance community.). There is a Starbucks, grocery store and burger place along the courtyard, great public bathrooms on the right as you come in to the main area, the local library branch on your right, and go past the information desk, through the door and down the hall (follow the music!) for dancing. (Rare times they use the door opposite the library, but more often the one down the hall). Oh, and there is a 7-11 and Kaldi Coffee on the 2nd floor.

There is a tiny little shop called "Kaldi Coffee Farm" there.
It has the best cheese and European food/drinks you can buy in Japan.
Price is okay too.
