Being a cafe dedicated to a pop-idol group I didn't expect much but its actually pretty good. Food isn't bad, prices were pretty normal and the drinks come with refills (not that common in Japan). Food is for the most part traditional Japanese food and is presented with decorations and garnishes to make it appear cute.

AKB48 Cafe and Shop the place where you hang out and chill. Take a cup of coffee served with the AKB48 girls and have a souvinir beside the cafe. Great!

Interesting cafe and shop with lots of memorabilia from the famed Japanese mega-idol group. Food here's great but a bit on the pricey side!

Ok enter biased mode. The restaurant was great for AKB fans. Upon entrance you are offered a choice of two dining rooms, the unmissable theatre room, or the more traditional resturant type room.
For the experiance, I recommend you take the theatre room. Inside you will be seated in a darkish room with continual clips of concerts and music videos playing of the various AKB groups.
I was only able to visit at lunch, due to my travel schedule, but I did manage to visit 3 times in a week. The menu us a little small, but what is lacking in numbers you get in presentation, which is top. Food at lunch is 1000 yen for a main and 300 extra for the unlimited soda and coffee package. If you order both you also get 2 complimentary souvenir coasters to take home. Just watch out if you are on a budget though at 800 - 1000 yen each, you can turn a 1300 yen meal per head up to 2300 yen each
