建物の一階は公民館的な使われ方ようです。水琴窟の心地よい音色も楽しめます。

This nice and quiet Japanese garden gives perfect opportunity to take breathe from the city, right in the middle busy Waseda area. It has been renovated since a while and will become better soon.
