Very pretty sky roof top garden in Meguro. Loved the circular architecture. Went with coworkers and we enjoyed our walkthrough; it's quiet and secluded. On nice sunny days, would be great to have a picnic there. Also, when cloudy you can see Mt. Fuji...

Slightly difficult to find the entrance. Amazing design. Visited on a cold winter now so it felt a bit desolate

Amazing use of space on top of a highway. Kind of hidden to the eye but easy to access through an elevator. Nice place to see some of the city and truly awesome urban park.
