Fun little place to experience fire extinguisher use, how to navigate in smoke and an earthquake simulator. Sessions take 1.5 hours. You have to either book in advance or turn up and hope there is space. Sessions seem to start at 9:30, 13:00 and 15:00.

Got a very valuable experience and knowledge about how to survive during disaster such as fire and earthquake. Free of charge, however you have to book first at 4th floor in order to join the training. The training only presented in Japanese but the staff were happy with the visit of foreigner tourist. Really worth to visit :)

Interesting experience. The earthquake simulation was unique. Demonstration starts with fixed schedule. Remember to check before you go.

If you never experienced earthquake, you have to go there! There is earthquake simulator, fire extinguisher practice, simulation of foggy room plus many useful informations. Most of it is in Japanese, but pictures are obvious, so do not worry. There are two programs: brief and full. Full one take about 1.5 hour, but it worth it. It starts at 9:30 AM, so go there at morning. If you want only try earthquake simulator, go there before lunch time. Also stuff is really nice. Free entrance. One of the non-tourist attraction that definitely worth to visit.
