It you're 30 minutes late on returning your car, you will have to pay an hour extra. Pretty stupid I think. I of course can understand 2 hours late or 3, but less than an hour or an hour late is just stupid to have a fee. Plus, the terrible customer service with a response that had little to no respect, a shrug.

하네다공항점에서 렌트하여 히가시신주쿠점에 반납. 친절함이나 고객에 대한 배려 등은 찾을 수 없음. 오로지 장점은 숙박호텔과 가깝다는 것 하나임.
