Very close to all subway and train tracks. Esp. osaka and (Nishi) Umeda station. Easy to go Namba district using Nishi-Umeda station which is right next to the hotel.
All staff are good at English and kind to help you.
Cozy and clean room. I loved the bed so much.

Perfeft location right in the heart of Osaka with the main station connected via underground. When visiting Osaka this area and Namba(4 stops away) would be the happening areas. Quality rooms larger than you'd expect for Japan at reasonable rates for the location.

Enjoyed my stay here. The room is spacious and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good too. The location of the hotel is excellent because it led us easily to the underground train station.
