A must visit park in Osaka! I came here on summer and I'm overwhelmed with the cherry blossom. They also got "netherland-themed park" with a lot of tulips, but you have to pay to come in there and you have to come before 4pm.

Awesome spot for a bike ride. Great spots for picnic'ing. Just straight up gorgeous.

The whole park is open till night but the one with windmill is only open till 5:30
