This place is absolutely amazing! I've never stayed anywhere where you can get such personalized service. I'm here in November and they're turning the Cafe into a gingerbread house! So cool. I definitely recommend staying here if it's available!

Nice hotel, 15 min walk from the train station, or 5 min by taxi. Nice amenities, helpful service. Family Mart and drugstore across the street.

Nice views of the city scape from the upper floors. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was very willing and eager to help. Walking distance to lots of stores and restaurants.

The Hilton Nagoya is the place to stay if visiting Nagoya. They have a very friendly English speaking staff that always go out of their way to help. The rooms are large compared most other Hotels in Japan. The hotel and rooms are exceptionally clean. I have stayed here many times for business travel and I've never had a bad experience.

Loved this hotel. Location is perfect walking distance to almost everything shops, restaurants, science museum, theater, etc. Taxis located outside if you dont want to walk. Great staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet was pretty good...not free. American and Asian cuisine. Hotel has lots of restaurants but pretty pricey. Clean hotel with large rooms.
