Very cheap fitness center, but you get what you pay for. The equipment is what I came here for and it was not very much. I still could get my workout in, but I can only imagine how bad it would be after 5 PM. This is your standard sports center fitness center, I would say.
Side note:
I was surprised how many people I saw with visible tattoos here.

区営のトレーニングジムにしてはフリーウェイトエリアが空いていて充実している。回数券で1回200円は格安だと思う。
