Super chill, good-sized portions, and kind staff. We arrived 5 minutes before 3, which seemed to be closing time, but he seemed happy to seat us.
Food is typical Japanese cafe fare: "omurice" , "hamburg", various "katsu", etc. Delicious.
One caveat for foreign travelers: it isn't clear if he speaks English, and the menu was picture-less and Japanese.
