We waited a long time for a server to take our order, until we realized there is a remote to call the servers sitting on the table. Push it and service is prompt. The prices are higher than what you'd find in a bar, but not unbelievably so. We had a pretty good view even during a lightning storm. Drinks are good, but I can't speak for the food.

Serveurs impolis, nous n'avons jamais été servi, le bar est pourtant vide. La vue n'a rien d'exceptionnel.

Great location. Horrible service.
Food is non existent.
Go to Kyoto Station mall (maybe Ramen Street on the tenth floor) and stop by here afterwards.
They also close awfully early for a bar.
