I always detour through this park when I get the chance, it is very relaxing, especially the eastern side of it from the memorial fountain up to city hall.

A pleasant park in the middle of Kobe with memorials for victims of the 1995 earthquake. I especially like the Farmer's Market on Saturdays.

An attractive park with wide space at the heart of Kobe. Perfect place to relax or just walk around. The area gets extremely crowded during the Kobe Luminarie, but even then, the attractiveness does not fade.
