great service. absolutely flawless. the bar and the sushi restaurant was exquisite. highly recommended for guests who are looking for an upscale place to stay.

I really enjoyed my time at the ORIENTAL hotel. The dinner was delicious and the view was amazing. However, I don't think the food was worth the cost.

High quality all over. Great accommodation in the heart of Kobe. You can walk to the harbor or the opposite direction towards the hills all the way to the Herb Garden with a scenery view. The service at Oriental Hotel is really nice. And the food there is great. Recommendable.
