From Mr Michael DaCosta (from whom I received personal service making me feel special 😅 to Mr Reid at the Ocho Rios branch. Renting from Avis makes you feel like you're borrowing your brother's car. The experience doesn't feel like a commercial transaction at all. Just awesome customer service
