Our room was equivalent to a 2* or lower 3* hotel in Europe (room 202). The room was tiny, dark, there were stains on the wall, the remote was super filthy, the tiny bathroom only had a sliding door which was falling apart. The music from downstairs was so loud that we couldn’t rest at all - reception didn’t care. The room didn’t even have a water boiler to prepare a tea. Total flop.

Great bar and restaurant. Service good. Rooms lovely and romantic and great location. Rooms a bit small for the price but otherwise excellent.

Great location Palazzo hotel near to the Borsari gate. Cozy room overlooking a courtyard and friendly staff. Minutes away from the Arena and also Julliet's balcony. So much to see in Verona and the Palazzo has a cool Zen vibe as well as being traditional too.
One of the best Sunday buffet lunches with different stations in different rooms. From the seafood starter to the ham and cheese sections the food was excellent. Also the grilled meats and vegetables freshly cooked to order.
