Surpassed expectations. Thought it was going to be a cheap, average fast food place, but really delicious food. Self service made a change from the (admittedly very good) waiter service.

Good place to site and enjoy in old Italian city around the Arena di Verona piazza. You can order pizza, pasta or cocktail and enjoy your self. At afternoon time you serv your self. Very fun for tourists.🌟

Avoid at all cost!
We were looking for a Sunday lunch and found this buffet restaurant by chance. Having outdoor seating on the edge of the piazza and in theory offering relatively fast food to hungry stomachs we were enticed in. The presentation of the buffet is attractive but the substance is another matter. The process of obtaining your food is to say the least chaotic with no obvious queuing process. The hot pasta I got from the first counter was cold by the time I got served at the next.
I had a cold buffet as a side dish with tasteless tomatoes and potatoes that were rock hard {as were the bread rolls). My main dish was half a chicken which was quite tasty but the carrots and oven chips were again rock hard. Outside the table cloths were grubby.
I don't know why we didn't just leave. Probably because once you have loaded up your first dish there's no turning back without causing a ruckus.
Oh yes and you only find out that you need a token from the cashier for the toilets once you have read the notice on the toilet door down in the basement.
