Place sucked plain and simple! Dirty and poor service. Cockroaches all around the floor area In the back of the restaurant. Got up and left, and made us pay for our drinks. 0 stars!

If possible, find a better place on the Giudecca to eat in peace and quiet. The food was fine, but nothing more. The service, indifferent and the overall environment unpleasant.

Food was ok, service was terrible -- waiter practically ignored us.
I am a regular foodie and hate actually leaving zero tip (I typically over tip; even in Europe)
I can count the number of times in my life I've left no tip on 1 hand -- this ended up being one of them.

We liked this place so much, we decided to eat lunch and dinner there. The prices didn't seem that bad (€8 for a pizza) but we also didn't know that we didn't have to tip (thanks google) but didn't see the service charge included on the first bill (therefore RIP €5 for not-so-great service). The food was good, minus the salad that my mom got, where the chicken was quite dry. Wish the wifi extended outside. Great view too!

Food was good. Service was very poor. No smiles or welcomes. I was at the door waiting to be seated, a waiter looks right at me and then looks at his phone. Made me feel quite awkward and foolish. After my meal, they clear my plate away and I compliment the cooking. Afterwards, I spend 15-20 minutes staring out the window and my phone. I was going to have a dessert but by the time a waiter (the same) comes to ask, I am so annoyed that I just shout for my bill. These guys need hospitality management training.
