Great Location with easy access to the Water Taxi service with a 10 min walk to Rialto Bridge and 5min from St Marco Square. Rooms are clean with good wifi and breakfast is continental.

Aircon was too noisy, sounded like a hammer drill, my daughters room was too hot. Hotel personal was not very helpful. Pillows were uncomfortable but bed were fine. Breakfast was poor for 4 star hotel. Room looked clean and fresh. Location is good.

This is a lovely and low-key place to stay in Venice. Very centrally located with good clean rooms, nice staff, and a very helpful and friendly manager. Great experience.

Good location in Venice. The room was clean but at the time we went we were told upon arrival the air condition wasn't functioning yet. The room was over 26 celsius which made it very hard to fall asleep. Probably not an issue once the AC gets turned on.
