Nice hotel, not on the Grand Canal, and no view (at least from our window). Right in the middle of stores, shopping, bars and restaurants. Friendly staff.

Not taken well care off and dirty, moldy bathroom. Very pricy and felt like a 2 star hotel. Unfriendly staff.

The hotel room was decent, but the tv and one of the outlets didn't work. There were no outlets near the bed, so we couldn't plug the laptop in and charge while video chatting with the kids. Half of the staff was very nice, while others seemed a little snooty. The one great thing about this hotel, is that you don't have to cross any bridges with your luggage from the train.

Advertised as a 4 Star , hardly worth even a 3 Star rating ?! The brochures look different to reality. Basically dirty and unloved. We left our room at 8am and upon 3pm we found it untouched. Staff are short in manner and the porter was unhappy with his tip (lucky he got one). Room smells damp and musty and you can hear your neighbours flush and shower. Need I go on? Position is good as it is close to the station. Would I stay there again? I don't think so!

I stayed at this hotel in February 2016 and I did not experience anything bad at all. My stay there was pleasant and had great customer service. It's also close to the train station, rooms were clean when we got there, washroom wasn't too bad. I attached a picture of the room we stayed in
