Miriam is a great Pilates teacher, with lots of patience and her classes both the group and private lessons are tough but enjoyable. She offers modifications for all abilities and offers a posture analysis which can help focus on weaker areas. The studio is very well equipped with original Stott chair and reformers. She offers lessons in English and Italian. Highly recommended!
