We rented a car for a week. When we arrived they offered us a free upgrade to an automatic higher category car. When we reached the card, it was a manual one, same category the one we booked. It was not a problem (we actually prefer the manual gearbox). The main problem was that he car had several scratches and damage everywhere, both on the body and wheels. No one was marked in the paperwork. We had to go back to the office and they marked the entire sheet with crosses. Moreover the car was quite dirty inside and they wasn't sorry for the problem. Next time, I'll definitely book a car from a different company.
