Three stars because I reserved an automatic 6 months in advance but it was unavailable the day of my reservation. Thankfully I also know how to drive stick.
Getting the car can take a while. Took over 1 hour to get my car even though there was only 1 customer in front of me. Returning the car was fine, you drop off in the gated parking lot. Honk for them to open the gate.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Easy to get in and out of the city.

Understaffed - the girls do a great job but could use with some help on a Saturday. Very nice and friendly.

Prepayed for a car, and after one hour in line they said they had cancelled my reservation. Never got a car or refound and lost 250 euro.
Went to Europcar and rented a car without any problems. Avoid Budget.

We had a great experience here. Good service and no hustle. Even got upgrades from a Ford Fiesta to a Mercedes! A little difficult to find but walking distance from the train station. Return was easy and fast as well. The ladies working there were really nice 😁would use again.
