My wife and I loves the Hotel. It is in a good location, the rooms are very nice and the panoramic restaurant even better.

My wife and I stayed at Hotal Romanico for a couple night prior to our Mediterranean cruise. The hotel was in a great location and very close to all attractions. The rooms were beautiful and everything was very clean. The staff was helpful and willing to give suggestions on restaurants to go eat at, even though the hotel had its own delicious restaurant. I would stay here again.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice was good and good value for money.
Rooms were quirky and different, but very nice. The bed was comfortable.
Air conditioning was more than adequate even during the latest heat wave.
Unfortunately drinks at the hotel bar were expensive.

The staff were pleasant however our toilet didn't work properly, nor did our shower which we reported twice.it It was not very clean, Soap the size of a large postage stamp (so bring your own). NO english TV channels, poor restaurant service, spa is a joke! Hallway carpets looked old and dirty. Nice roof top breakfast area. The rooms (we saw 5) all looked very old, tired and needing decorating however maybe that was the impression they were trying to give.
Its very much a brief tour stopover place and NOT a boutique hotel.

The hotel is very stylish. The rooms are small with limited space for luggage ( we had 2 pieces but storage for only 1). The king size bed was firm but comfortable. There are 2 lifts servicing 7 floors that are small and quite slow. We were part of a tour group (1 of 3 groups staying at the hotel) and at breakfast time the dinning room could not seat everyone. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful.
