i forgot my backpack at Barberini Station around 8.10 am on 12 November 2017 . When I arrive Roma termini. The Metro staff in Roma Termini were so helpful .They contact staff in Barberini and help me as much as they can.
Finally, They found my back pack. I back to Barberini to get it.
I want to say your staff are great and helpful.

It is a train station, not a shopping mall. Restrooms are paid which is really bad from the government to do not provide public restrooms. There are nice places to have a snack, take a coffee or an appetizer.

It's a big place for shopping center! The people seems so happy! I love to see busy places like Termini! Complete with fast food chain of ur choice, and branded clothing line too!
