The homemade pasta is excellent, as are the contorni. The potato gnocchi with butter, sage, and guanciale is one of the best things ever. Friendly and efficient staff. Small-ish but interesting (and fair-priced) wine list. And, hey... it's 10 meters from Trajan's Column -- what more do you want?

Warm welcoming place. Serves local foods only. Great service. Tasty and satisfying meal. After a tour of the surrounding historic area, the perfect place for a cold beer and some freshly prepared pasta.

Frankly one of the best restaurants in Rome. The food was simply great quality, and has top-notch authenticity. The service was exceptionally good, and the waiters are pretty young but they know what they're doing. The staff is very friendly and kind and we even shared a joke or two with them.
