Decent hotel. Location somewhat close to train station but they do offer free shuttle if you dont wish to walk. Management is wonderful as they communicated quickly with me via email to set up a transfer from airport upon my arrival. If you want to be in the city center for touristy activities, I would suggest another hotel as this one is located more closer to the business district. Breakfast had many options and service was good. Overall a pleasant experience staying here.

The location is nice - close to Napoli Centrale - as well as close to some delicious food as well. There access to a park where regular activities occur (recently there was a street food festival). The personnel who work here are great as well; I received a free upgrade to a nicer room, which had a great view of Naples. When I had to leave to travel to the airport, the staff called the cab and ensured me that there would be a set fee, which there was (most other times I've had to haggle with cabbies). All-and-all, the experience was great, and I'd easily do it again.

The room was your average Holliday Inn room. The location is not ideal if you are planning on sightseeing in Naples. The area is not very good, better for a business traveler. The bathroom flooded when we took showers. The hotel bar was great and we made many friends from the U.S.

Rooms were clean. The hotel food was so so. We ordered a pizza and it was warm but not hot by the time we got it. Definitely get food elsewhere

Decent hotel and room. The shuttle service to the central is very useful. The staff are very nice and helpful. They are very busy and work hard. There are few restaurants nearby . The hotel restaurant itself serves breakfast. I found some of the items not that fresh especially the cakes. The restaurant itself can be busy and the menu is not very appealing. We stayed in a junior suite. The housekeeping did not fill up the tea-coffe trays very well . I have given the hotel a 4 star for the hardworking staff.
