I never using this service anymore, car had serveral scatches all over, I make a note of it on the contract plus picture. I had an early flight and droped the key in the mailbox. Serveral hours later I reiceive an fine that they found a little scratch on the door and I had to pay €290.

Great service, car was brand new and perfect through the impervious Sardinian
Roads. Had to be towed with two flat tyres on my 3rd day. Maggiore assistance was prompt and efficient..my holiday resumed within a couple of hours..although I must say it did luckily occur in a residential area rather than,say, the ss125 or some dirt road. Also called the lovely lady at the desk in Olbia and enjoyed her outstanding support . At the drop-off Car was checked very thoroughly just like you should on check-in and of course there was a bit of a dent to the alloy wheel..didn't even cross my mind to dispute
The charge, the lady was so lovely she waived the admin fees and took time to explain how to claim all the damages.
My suggestion to all the complaining reviewers is be honest, be nice and get a 3rd party insurance. It costs peanuts

Saved my holiday. Very sweet woman at the counter gave us an almost new car at reasonable price after Sicily By Car stuffed us over

Our experience with Maggiore at Olbia airport was very good, and they were more affordable than the others. Our flight from the UK was very delayed but the office stayed open an extra hour (to midnight) which was very helpful - although they did charge a late collection fee. When we returned the car the process was very quick and professional.

We had a great experience with Maggiore! Got a new car Peugeot 208 very cheap including the medium insurance. Service by the desk was proffesional and polite. Not sure what the other ratings are about, you guys must have not checked the cars properly? (I even took a video of every details of a car before sitting in) you never know.. So I cannot say a bad word about it. Returned car clean and hoovered for €15 by the gas station and lady by the desk even said 'thank you very much' will rent again. Thanks :)
