Best cocktail bar we've found in Italy, in fact among the best anywhere. Compared to Jerry Thomas Project in Rome, which is considered one of the best in the world, we preferred L'antiquario, so that says something. A more relaxed and mellow atmosphere; wonderful music (Otis Redding, etc.) warm, friendly service from Maurizio, and a menu with a perfect mix of classics (Martinez, Gibson, Clover Club) and contemporary craft cocktails (ask for a Sierra Leone, and try it with mezcal rather than tequila). Requested a Ford Cocktail (a mostly unknown classic made with gin, vermouth, and benedictine) and Maurizio was happy to make us a perfect one. Wish we were in Naples long enough to visit a second night on this trip, but we will definitely be back again.

Exceptional cocktails, just a wonderful place. An expansive selection of spirits and inventive ideas. Relaxing, calm, romantic space with music to match. Great service from Maurizio. Best cocktail bar we've found in Italy (liked it better than Jerry Thomas Project in Rome).

Cinque stelle perché il concept è stato applicato alla perfezione. Non ho provato tutto il menù ma qui il "just do it" trova il suo esempio riuscito. Dall'America del proibizionismo, a due passi dal mare, l'antiquario strappa i clichè dei bar turistici proponendo un "secret place" da visitare. Arrivati sulla via, il portoncino vi disorienta per qualche istante poi dopo aver suonato, so entra in un posto curato nei dettagli e molto discreto. Apprezzabile l'idea del vademecum sulla prima pagina del menù: il galateo del cliente perfetto. Eh sì, perché a volte è il consumatore a rendere migliore il prodotto.

A wonderful place, with a very cozy atmosphere. Cocktails are very good with a lot of choices (from 12 € with snacks included).
