My partner and I stayed at Serius Hotel from the 17th to the 24th of August 2017. Ohoo boy!!! what an amazing time we had. We still reminiscing about our lovely summer break in Naples. Many thanks to all Hotel Serius staff who made our stay joyful. We arrived way early, they agreed to keep our language and had an opportunity to change from British clothing to fantastic Napoli weather. Check in was swift and pleasant. Our room was standard , bed, shower, clean, a safe and aircon that was all we needed as we never intended to go spend time in our hotel room but to explore Napoli. Staff were very helpful each day, one lady directed us where to get the best PIZZA. They were always willing to help us with all we needed. The restaurant staff were equally amazing, very friendly food was always refilled. Housekeeping did their job beautifully.Thank you Serius Hotel for making our stay in Naples amazing. We will be back! I highly recommend this hotel however the young ones and those who enjoy night life might find it boring. Am in my 40s been there done it all, just need a bit of calmness now

Had a terrible experience staying in hotel serius. It is very different from what it looks like in photographs. Substandard unwelcoming rooms, impractical washroom design with very small shower cabinets, no space to keep toiletries and a very small ineffective hair dryer which sucks your hair inside. The coincerge services were not very hospitable and the gentlemen at the reception was very transactional and not friendly. My stay in the hotel was a nightmare and on day 2 my friends and I checked out for better options. Poor ironing facilities and very limited breakfast options. Poor privacy since the elevator opens in the direction of some bedrooms. We booked for triple bed but actually got mediocre twin beds with very uncomfortable mattresses. Surprising to know it is a 4 star. Poorly located. Can find much better options with better value for the same amount of money in more central locations in Naples.

A below average hotel with depressing rooms. Right after check in we asked for early checkout because we didn't like it at all but they said we had to pay for the entire booking. No bathroom slippers, lizard in the room and only one iron to be shared by everyone staying there.
I would recommend to look for better hotels.
