I have had plenty of bad haircuts, but none of them gave me the urge to write a review. At least they were cheap.
Mr Rubertelli is clearly experienced and technically competent in hairdressing. However, I ended up having a completely different haircut (length and shape) to the style I showed him a picture of, in the shittiest possible way.
Further, I have mentioned no less than 3 times that I only want to "cut" my hair, and no additional service such as "brushing", something they never managed to explain what it actually is when I asked. I ended up being charged almost 90 euros for a cut (40€) and brush (20€) service together with getting a bottle of hairspray (€27).
If they tell me up front that I can only have the "cut" with the "brush", then I would be happier. Instead they kept things vague all the way, and never said no when I say I don't want the "brushing" service.
60€ for a haircut is acceptable, however I would expect much better outcome and not this bad feeling of wishing I have never had this haircut. I am even willing to pay 90€ to get my hair back!!!
Despite the above, staff were very friendly and nice interior.
