We had dinner for celebrating my mother's birthday. We ordered 5 plates of course, and the 4th dish was pork. We found the hair of man and we asked what it was. But the chef said that it is pig's hair with no sorry. It was terrible. And I know how the pig hair looks like. It was absolute man's hair.

I had a prepaid gift voucher for a 5 course menu and I was afraid to get a 2nd level service & food. Well I was wrong: I had excellent service and food. They even adapted the menu and wines to our personal tastes. Overall an excellent evening that deserves the five stars. Oh I forgot fantastic view over milan landscape 😉

I came to Único with very high expectations. We had heard a lot about the place and the reviews were great. It was Valentine's day and the 120 Euro per person fixed price menu seemed in line with the expectations. The place is very beautiful and well decorated (if you ignore the fact that you arrive and enter through a business center), the view is fantastic, the service is great and the presentation of dishes impeccable. That's where the 2 stars came from. BUT the reason anyone goes to a restaurant is the food. And that part was sad. Out of about 10 dishes in the menu, only one didn't taste like air: the spaghetti with caviar. All the rest was tasteless. I thought it might be a problem with our dishes, but saw most tables returning the duck after a single bite. That being said, there are much better places to spend time and money in Milan.
