I was shocked that in the hotel description, it was mentioned that the hotel includes a fitness centre. That was a lie, they told us if we needed a fitness centre we should go to some other hotel close by and tell them that we are in Mediolanum.
Rooms are small, the only good thing is the location.

Nice hotel walking distance to lots of shopping if that's your thing. Fairly close to attractions. 5 or so minute walk from central train station. Room was quite nice and updated, very clean. Breakfast included which is a plus since Milan is pretty expensive to eat. Hotel staff are slow but friendly. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Great location, great breakfast, friendly service. Very clean. Wi-Fi is very slow though.

We booked this hotel partly because of the decor and partly the location, what impressed us more was the level of service from all the staff. We were greeted with a warm welcome, and we were shown to our room where we had a welcome gift of sparkling wine waiting for us to celebrate our honeymoon. All the staff are super friendly and helpful booking our reservations and the amazing restaurant across the road providing us with information on trips and places to visit even delivering and collecting the ironing board we borrowed, nothing was too much bother. The breakfasts were the best we had in Italy and this included the service and the coffee.The location is very close to central station and there is tram number 5 just at the end of the street. the room was everything you needed, great bathroom with bath and excellent shower, it even included two dressing gowns and slippers and their main feature coloured lighting which was very entertaining. We would also recommend the bar which also has excellent service and great snacks, certainly worth paying a visit at the end of the day. I would be more than happy to stay here again and would recommend it as a place to stay for anyone looking for a good hotel in a great location with excellent service and good value for money this is well worth 5 stars.
