STAY AWAY FROM THIS RENTAL COMPANY - The Milan budget office is acting in a scamming and fraudulent manner:
- Offered me a car that was worth half the price the one I booked, then told me the other car they had was an upgrade, which wasn't one - Opel Zafira vs Peugeot 3008...
- When I complained to Budget, they confirmed that it was the same category but that I paid for an additional driver
- I never asked for the additional driver as the fake upgrade was for a manual car and my wives only drives automatic
- The answer from budget to this is that I signed the contract... after thirty minutes of arguing with the lady I didn't look at the detail and indeed finally signed it but never saw she was charging for an additional driver!
BUDGET should be ashamed of and they don't even apologise for this LYING, SCAMMING AND FRAUDULENT COMPANY!
