In a business trip in Sheraton hotel, with only this restaurant as an option. Looks nice restaurant, but placed the order for dining in and they get me the juice and water. Waited long for food and thought that is because the high load. After one hour, waiter came to me apologising that my order didn't go through because of printer problem. It is just placed now and will start preparing it. Am frustrated but have to wait anyway for my order. Already late and hard to head to any other one.
