The hotel was in a great location far enough from the center center yet close enough to find cool new places. The staff was incredibly helpful. Also the bar and breakfast far exceeded expectations.

This place is outstanding! LOCATION is perfect when you need to get some place! We walked to just about every location that we needed to see! They are honest up front that it takes about 20 minutes, but the walk is straight forward! Breakfast is perfect, rooms are great (quiet and dark for any jet leg you may have). We slept well and not because of the wine! They offer a shuttle service if you don't want to walk at all.

We stayed here for one night, booking at the last minute after our original plans fell apart. Situated just outside the main tourist area. Close enough to walk into the center, but far enough out to see some the "real" Florence. Minibus service into town in the mornings and evenings. Super friendly staff. Excellent breakfast by Italian hotel standards which you can take on the terrace. Bar for apperitivo, but no restaurant (don't worry Florence isn't short of good places to eat.). Our room was cool even with the summer hear outside and very clean. Some rooms seem to have a private terrace. This place might not be suitable for people with mobility problems since we couldn't avoid taking stairs to get to our room (but other rooms might be different).

Quality service. Very quiet place not that far way from thée City Centre. A few bicycles are made available to the guests. However, we would expect better facilities from a 5-star hotel. The mattresses are poor.

Good location about 1 km walls from the train station. Friendly, helpful staff. Free bicycles to tour around town. Large clean rooms. I'd stay here without hesitation again.
