I booked the rental before arriving in Italy. It was such a great rate at 10euro a day for about a month stay. I was unsure if the rate would be honored and was concerned about the poor reviews. As it turned out it was a wonderful experience. Airport pickup. Helpful people. I loved driving the Peugeot all over for a month. Will book here again!

Don't even want to give this 1 star. Worst experience of car rental ever – AVOID AVOID AVOID. Spent 2 hours waiting to be collected at the ‘pick up’ point by ‘shuttle bus’ – not clear where the pick up point is, so called bus comes every 30 minutes with too many people trying to get on.
When we finally got it we had a 2 hour wait in the blistering heat with 2 small kids. Queue literally out the door of the shop. They ‘ran out of cars’ so we all had to wait for returns. So disorganised. Would never use again.

Airport pickup isn't too difficult, but you have to call them. Everyone was pretty nice and the car was fine. They let us extend our rental for only a few euros. I'd rent from here again to save some money.

We arranged for collection from the airport. Our flight was due in at 9pm. We had an hours delay. I tried calling green motion about 30 times. We eventually found where they park their bus by asking other bus drivers. There we met another family in the same predicament. We waited until gone midnight and Green Motion didn't show up. Eventually we spent €135 on getting a hotel room. On speaking to them in the morning they were unhelpful and aggressive. They shouted at me and hung the phone up. Fundamentally they abandoned me with my 77 year old mother at the airport. They told me they wouldn't collect anyone after 10pm regardless of flight delays. They didn't care about leaving us stranded. They were incredibly rude. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. horrendous.

I can't understand all the one star ratings. I had one of my best experiences with rent a cars (better than some Avis, Herz, Europe Car stations in Italy) The shuttle Bus was already outside the terminal and we started only a few minutes later. The staff at the station is competent, fast and friendly. Cars are new and in perfect conditions. The price is 1/3 of what you actually pay with the most famous car hire companies mentioned before. What do you want more? I can absolutely recommend this company.
