One of our favourite local places in the historical centre of Cortona. Great food and service. Can get quite busy in summer so reservations recommended.

Recommended by a new Friend, this cozy trattoria will provide a wonderful selection of the best of local Tuscan cuisine, and best value within Cortona. Everything we ordered from the local house wine to the mains and must have Porcini Fritti were Excellent. From one friend to another - please be sure to visit Trattoria Dardano. Awesome food and a perfect restaurant while in Corotona. Anyone would do well here for lunch or dinner. Don't miss this special place. Wine, food and service a complete success! We each ordered the local lamb along with arugula salads and a meat and cheese plate. They also were pouring the "New Olive Oil" from their farm. I wish I could just drink this stuff! Yum.
