Our experience here was great. The service was exceptional. The employees were very nice. The views were surreal. The restaurant is phenomenal as well. However, upon checking out our experience was ruined. We were charged $60usd for our bags to be transferred to the room and was never made aware of this. The front counter argued their point strongly and never once offered to comp due to lack of explaining. Not a good way to end the trip. Not what you woil expect for the money you pay to stay here.

Absolutely fantastic!
The place is incredibly beautiful: gorgeous view, magnificent garden and amazing restaurant. It was my birthday and they surprised me and my husband with cake and candles.It was the best birthday dinner of my life. Thank you, Villa Brunella!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Brunella! The hotel was beautiful and clean and the breakfast was very delicious.
We had a slight issue with making a reservation at the hotel's restaurant one of the nights but other than that our stay was fantastic!

This hotel is amazing. The only thing keeping it from being a 5 star hotel is that the furniture and mattresses are outdated and not luxurious. Everything else at this establishment is. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when we come back. Relaxed pool with attentive servers, the most amazing views of island, away from crazy tourists, this is the hidden gem of Capri. Just stellar. At first I was wary that it was so far from the city center. Thank God it is. You'll never want to leave this area of Capri. It's truly a delight. So special.
