After having paid the agreed price for a complete unit, I received a defective MT EVO with a broken alexandrite crystal and the IPL handpiece was missing for at least six months. Quanta spa refused to reimburse the defective device. I decided to sue this dishonest company. An action at law is taking place in France.

Terrible service.. don't trust them buy a Candela Laser it is better value for money and they look after their customers. The company support only their lying distributor not the customer.
