Writing this review as I stand in the queue for Thrifty/Firefly car rental at Bologna airport. Be warned there is one booth for the two companies served by a sole member of staff. He is taking 15 mins to process each vehicle so at this rate I calculate I'll be here for another 90 mins before I get the keys to the rental car. Avoid at all costs.
