Pessimi! Si tratta di uno dei peggiori uffici di noleggio che ho visto nel mondo.
Maleducati e completamente NON orientati al risorgimento dei problemi del cliente.

Debit cards are STRICTLY not accepted. Only credit cards. FAIL. You can easily loose your prepaid reservation like this especially with 3rd party providers who won't allow cancelation.

Una vergogna!!!!!! Non noleggiare MAI con questa compagnia!! State sempre attenti ad ogni preventivo o contratto che vi rifilano al momento del ritiro dell'auto, perché potreste trovare delle sorprese indesiderate!! Per esempio a me è successo che, dopo aver prenotato con Ryanair, la thrifty (sotto compagnia della Hertz, che ci ha serviti) ci ha fornito un altro contratto, ad un prezzo maggiore di 100 euro. Questo perché nel primo contratto dicevano inclusi gli oneri e due assicurazioni, mentre poi hanno aggiunto quello che volevano senza informarci. STATEGLI ALLA LARGA!!!

Ci hanno proposto una 500 cabrio con cambio automatico che ha reso il nostro breve soggiorno una vacanza di lusso. Una esperienza ottima.

The worst manager ever found, Filippo M.
We had a reservation for a car to be left in Rome the following day. The attendant told us we had to pay an extra amount for leaving the car in another city. We had the contract and NOWHERE in the contract or confirmation of reservation was that said. First it was an amount of 50 euros, later up to 79 euros. When we complained, the manager and another employee around, disappeared and left the girl alone. She was professional and tried to solve that out, but she asked her bosses and none of them "appeared", they left her alone.
Worst manager ever seen, lack of professionalism, lack of education.
Service offered in the office was terrible.
