Lovely hotel, gentle staff and super bed. Food was delicious, beautifully cooked and delicious veggie options. Leisure centre was an additional luxury after a busy day.

Nice hotel, exactly what you'd expect from a top hotel. Not cheap, but not overpriced. Spa and pool is clean and well maintained

Top class rooms. Very clean . Bathroom are crystal clean. Good quality service. Best breakfast.
Staff are brilliant. They are ready to help always. I was so delighted with supervisor in breakfast area. She treated everyone royally. She is best with kids. I been there more than 10 times now. 100% satisfied.

Beautiful location. Hotel was spotless. Rooms very well thought out and modern design. Massive massive super king sized bed with soft pillows. Air conditioning. Turn down service was a nice surprise. Location excellent only a few minutes walk from Eyre square and Latin quarter. Hotel staff very knowledgable regarding locale. Well received information! Breakfast delicious and very good selection. Only issue was unsure of breakfast times as was not stated on arrival or in the guestbook. Staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Cannot wait to return!

Best place to stay in Galway. My room had a direct view across the lake. I used to wake up every morning and stare at the lake watching the sun rise slowly over it from my window. The hotel restaurant served great lamb shanks. Location is just 2 min from bus and train station
