Have been ringing the shop now two days and they keep hanging up. It's not acceptable when you consider how much you are spending in this shop.

Rang three times today was hung up on each of those times. So had to drive to the shop where I was told :we are too busy to answer the phones I know it sounds terrible but...." - There was some people in the shop but it wasn't crazy busy. Did tell the staff member if you are too busy fair enough but have a voicemail to say so or alternate contact information and by the way I was hung up on three times. It seems to be policy they just don't answer and couldn't be bothered with any sort of customer service - a big change from when they opened all those years ago in Corbetts.
