I bought for my friend bday the autumn rejuvenation package, i spent 109 euro to have my friend burned on his back with stones, the therapist admitted that she didn't notice the temperature was too high!!! Furthermore i got my friend scratched on his face cause of the scrub product violently applied on his face. thanks a million for wasting my money and made my friend miserable!!

Nice rooms and lovely helpful staff. Location is close to everything and would happily stay there again

Location is excellent, just few steps from Trinity College and all the bars, restaurant, shopping, whatever you want. Staff is nice and trying to be helpful, they also have complimentary fruits, water and coffee for guests - anytime you want. Hotel has definitely some character, with squeaky floors, carpets, which I kinda liked.
The biggest issue by far was noise from the bars downstairs, possibly due to very thin and old windows. The music continued till 2.00 AM, so we didn't have a single good night sleep.
This hotel is listed as 4 stars, but I could find any indication of that on the building or lobby. There is no elevator. At this time, there was no breakfast, just some sweets, we've been told due to renovation in restaurant - but the restaurant was open every evening, so hard to say what was really going on.

Won a spa experience, due to weather , 10 minutes late, which I rang ahead. I decided to go with my husband. From the get go when I rang to get it redeemed there was definitely a difference between me and a person paying. Signage to the spa absolutely appalling, also no clear directions to affiliated car park which delayed us further, car park was supposed to have 50 percent off , only 25 percent off. Treatment lasted just about 30 mins, after travelling 1 and a half hours, however my husband got his full treatments. Contacted the spa to voice my dissatisfaction and was told my treatment could not be fulfilled because of another booking. Also their clients were told to come to the salon 10 minutes earlier, which I certainly was not told to do. I was told they hoped I would enjoy the next time I visited the spa. I was also told a manager would be told about this situation. This was over a week and I was not contacted in any way. I would not rush back here. Totally disappointed with my experience, and was so happy I had actually won something.

“Great value...a travel back in time”
I had a great stay at this hotel, slept very well...once I got over the shock of space travel. You feel like a character in a Sherlock Holmes novel entering their rooms, feet sinking away in their wealthy carpet. Asthma patients should avoid this marvelous setting. The bar downstairs is way ahead of its time... Great location.
