Bought a three piece suite from the shop on the Belgard Road. Salesman's name was Peter. My wife, daughter and I went over and picked a suite. We were concerned about the size so I had brought a tape measure to see if the three seater sofa would fit. We were happy that it would. Peter the salesman, was all chat and unfortunately must not have been listening to what he was told and put down a 2 seater sofa by mistake.
The furniture arrived this morning (8/11/2017) and of course the sofa was wrong. I went over to the shop and said this to Peter who said that he never makes mistakes (he is infallible like the Pope) and that we had ordered the wrong item (all three of us!). He said I could have the three seater for another €110. I replied that I would not have bought the furniture if I thought it was going to cost more than we had been originally quoted.
I said that I wanted to return the suite and he said that because it was on the docket that we had ordered the 2 seater that they would not take it back and that was that. he then proceeded to walk away from me and ignore me. Do not buy from this shop, I tried to email them and it is a loop. The email addresses keep sending you to their home site. I would not have left even one star but for the fact that this review system will not let you post unless you do!!

AVOID AVOID they don't tell you the beds are all flat packed and that they charge 50 euro to put it together ,when i contacted them about this extra charge that i did'nt know about the salesman kept repeating that if i bought in Ikea i'd have to pay for assembly !!!!!! how that makes sense i don't know .How and ever WON'T buy from them again and WON'T be recommending them to anyone as i would'nt like anyone else SCAMMED out of their hard earned money.

Absolute SCAM artist bought sofa for 700 and the whole frame snapped as I sat on sofa the company will not do anything for me and refuse to replace sofa. heard other people's products having the same problem.
