Personal trainers are all top class.
even though I hadn't a notion what to do nutritionally & training wise before I went.
i would wholeheartedly recommend all the staff at The ABS Gym to everyone.

Excellent trainers! I would definitely recommend them, great atmosphere very different from packed gyms, they support you and make you work hard to achieve your goals, really happy with my progress and continue improving every day with their help.

My Personal Trainer sessions at the ABS Gym are definitely one of the best decisions I've ever made. It's absolutely fantastic in every way you can imagine :)
