Visiting Dublin for a few days I really needed to do some yoga. It was great to find this studio where I could sign up for one or two classes.The teachers were excellent, the atmosphere was great and the practice was really beneficial. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Just had an excellent class from a knowledgeable and mature teacher, Rohan. I was in town for a brief spell, and was wanting a solid flow-class based on sound alignment principles & this class was exactly that. Bonus was his pleasant tone and capacity to make clear-hands-on adjustments without being invasive. Highly recommended.

Some of the best yoga classes in town! Great premises with two large rooms well equipped with props. Friendly staff and great teachers who not only teach well but also take the time to correct your poses. Highly advised.
