The coaching is great and there is a wide range of classes to pick from. Very beginner friendly too.

Lots of female training partners here which is important for me! Also a very friendly atmosphere and great teaching. Would highly recommend!

Fun and very beginner friendly gym. Made me feel like part of the family from day 1. Would recommend it to anyone. Go once and you will defo want to stay! 5 stars easy!

Only good things to say about the club. Started last July [2015], everyone was very welcoming to me as a beginner with no experience. The training is tough but everyone is allowed to develop at their own pace. Great facilities and coaching. Looking forward to rolling tonight as I type this!
