I have been attending Pilates classes for over 3 years with Emma in Clontarf. Suffering from a variety of medical complaints I was looking for a way to exercise and get in shape. Emma at Bodyfirm suggested that Pilates might be the best way of doing this without aggravating any injuries and I have never looked back! The classes are a great workout, great fun and can be altered to suit your individual needs. She has incredible knowledge and expertise and a great passion for the benefits of Pilates for everyone no matter what shape you are in! She has certainly kept me on my feet 😃
